etmnet manages internet workstations inside public places.
It supports PSTN, ISDN and LAN connections. Users can connect to internet with etmnet using pre-paid cards.
In a place there can be a single etmnet workstation or multiple ones connected using a LAN. In this case one location acts as server, managing the connection, and the others as client.
etmnet software runs under linux OS, and it's written part in C and part in TCL/TK language.
