About me
I am a multidisciplinary professional with a passion for technology, martial arts, visual storytelling, and music. From driving innovation as a CTO to embracing discipline as a Kenjutsuka, each role I undertake reflects a commitment to excellence, creativity, and lifelong learning.
As a CTO
In my role as Chief Technology Officer, I bring over 30 years of experience in IT, spanning development, software architecture, network design, and product ownership. I thrive on transforming ideas into reality, managing the full lifecycle of software products from conception to delivery.
My leadership philosophy revolves around fostering innovation through collaboration, maintaining adaptability, and ensuring seamless processes that empower teams to achieve exceptional outcomes. I’m a firm believer in prototyping and early end-user testing to ensure solutions align closely with real-world needs.
Despite my thorough technical background, I understand that success is deeply rooted in the people part of the equation. Building strong teams, nurturing talent, and creating a culture of trust and openness are at the core of my approach. By balancing technical expertise with a focus on people, I’ve guided teams to deliver products that are not only functional but impactful.
As a Kenjutsuka
Martial arts have been a cornerstone of my personal development. As a practitioner of Kenjutsu, I’ve honed skills in discipline, focus, and strategic thinking. The lessons I’ve learned through Kenjutsu—from staying calm under pressure to executing with precision—extend beyond the dojo, influencing my approach to leadership and problem-solving.
Kenjutsu is more than a physical practice for me; it’s a philosophy that underscores resilience, respect, and continuous improvement. These principles guide not only my martial arts journey but also my professional and personal life.
As a Photographer
Photography is my lens through which I explore and document the world. I am drawn to capturing moments that tell a story, whether it’s the vibrant energy of urban life, the quiet beauty of nature, or the intricate details often overlooked.
This hobby has taught me patience, creativity, and the power of perspective—qualities that enhance my work in other domains. My portfolio is a reflection of my curiosity and passion, and I invite you to explore it in the photography section of this site.
As a Musician
Music has been a constant companion in my life, both as a listener and a composer. Creating music allows me to express emotions and ideas in a way that words cannot. My compositions are deeply personal, blending diverse influences to create something uniquely mine.
Much like technology and martial arts, music demands discipline and creativity. It’s a reminder that growth often comes from balancing structure with freedom, a principle I strive to incorporate into all my endeavors. Some of my pieces can be found in the music section of this site.
Each of these roles—CTO, Kenjutsuka, Photographer, and Musician—represents a facet of who I am. Together, they reflect a life dedicated to exploration, creativity, and mastery.
